Terms of Service

1. The Service

OlyMeta lets players browse game-data references and read and author 1v1 Olympiad matchup guides and build plans. It is a free, non-commercial, community-run tool. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You may use most of the Service as a guest. Some features require an account, which needs a handle, an email address, and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your email current so you can recover access. You must be old enough to consent to these Terms in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable Use & Fair Play

You agree not to:

• post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringes someone else's rights;
• impersonate others, evade a ban, or misrepresent your affiliation;
• abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• circumvent the anti-bot, rate-limiting, or moderation measures that protect the community;
• upload malware or use the Service to distribute spam or misleading strategy in bad faith.

4. Your Content

You keep ownership of the guides, comments, ratings, and other content you create. By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, reproduce, and moderate that content as part of operating the Service. You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to share it.

5. Moderation, Suspension & Termination

We may review, edit, hide, or remove content, and we may suspend or terminate accounts, to enforce these Terms or protect the community. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). Sections meant to survive termination — content license already granted, disclaimers, and liability limits — continue to apply.

6. Game Data & Third-Party Rights

Lineage 2 and all related game names, marks, artwork, icons, and data are the property of NCSOFT and its licensors. OlyMeta is an unofficial, fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NCSOFT. Game-derived data is presented for reference and community strategy only.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any strategy, win-rate, or game data is accurate or current.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. The Service is free and provided on a best-effort community basis.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
